Key Qualifications

• Tax Credit/Affordable (LIHTC) experience preferred.
• Yardi experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all leasing inquiries, including phone calls and walk‑ins
• Communicate knowledgeably about available properties to exceed performance benchmarks.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 1‑3 years of leasing experience, mid‑rise experience
• Proficiency in Yardi software products preferred.
