Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and bilingual Leasing Consultant/Resident Services Agent to join our team. This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the leasing process, including apartment rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to prospective and current residents while supporting occupancy goals, generating leasing traffic, qualifying applicants, preparing lease documentation, and assisting residents throughout their residency. Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to phone calls and emails from prospective residents.

  • Conduct daily tours of vacant and model apartments, highlighting features and benefits.

  • Maintain work areas, apartment readiness, and overall property "curb appeal."

  • Generate and track leasing traffic, ensuring follow-ups with all prospects.

  • Create applicant files, process applications, verify qualifications, and present for approval.

  • Schedule lease signings and ensure all move-in procedures are completed accurately.

  • Collect rental deposits and ensure proper setup in the computer system.

  • Conduct periodic inspections and coordinate maintenance as needed.

  • Assist with marketing events, flyers, and resident communications.

  • Conduct market research on competitive properties to assist management.

  • Promote resident retention programs and ensure compliance with Fair Housing Laws.

  • Support team efforts and maintain a professional, team-oriented attitude.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

The role requires the ability to see at close and distance ranges, including the ability to distinguish colors. The work environment may include exposure to varying outdoor weather conditions, with noise levels generally maintained at a moderate level.
