Responsibilities

• Process rental applications accurately and efficiently, targeting completion within two business days.
• Review applicant information and follow up on missing documentation.
• Communicate with prospects and applicants by phone, email, text, and in person.
• Manage multiple active applications while keeping tasks and follow-ups organized.
• Respond to guest cards and help prospects identify homes that meet their needs.
• Support incoming customer calls and provide professional, responsive service.
