Responsibilities

Your Role

Provide exceptional service to prospective tenants and current residents via phone email and in person interactions Utilize your leasing experience to guide residents through the application process manage credit reports and ensure a smooth move in experience Collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals and contribute to the success of our Relocation Department under the direction of the Director of Operations Maintain organized efficient operations in the Relocation area conduct market surveys and offer insights to stay competitive in the housing market.
