Responsibilities

• Process rental applications accurately and efficiently with a goal of completing applications within two business days
• Review applicant information and follow up on missing documentation
• Communicate with prospects and applicants by phone email text and in person
• Manage multiple active applications while keeping tasks and follow ups organized
• Respond to guest cards and help prospects identify homes that meet their needs
• Support incoming customer calls and provide professional responsive service
• Maintain accurate records and keep prospects informed throughout the leasing process
