Job summary

Draper and Kramer is hiring a Leasing Agent for the Evanston, IL area. The role focuses on touring prospects, leasing apartments, updating databases, processing applications, and addressing resident inquiries while adhering to Fair Housing standards.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in sales or customer service, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. A high school diploma is required with a Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of sales and customer service experience; leasing experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Approachable and friendly demeanor; strong time management and organizational skills.
• Problem-solving abilities; ability to work with all levels of staff.
