Draper and Kramer Mortgage Corp. is hiring a Leasing Agent for our Schaumburg, IL location. You will tour prospects, lease apartments, process applications and respond to resident inquiries, while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of sales and customer service experience, leasing experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Approachable and friendly demeanor with strong time management and organization.

Responsibilities

• Complies with local and federal Fair Housing Standards.
• Touring prospects and leasing apartments.
• Updating resident databases.
• Process applications.
• Responds to residents’ inquiries.
• Inspects vacant apartments.
