Job summary

Draper and Kramer Mortgage Corp. is hiring a Leasing Agent for our Schaumburg, IL location. You will tour prospects, lease apartments, process applications and respond to resident inquiries, while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of sales and customer service experience, leasing experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Approachable and friendly demeanor with strong time management and organization.

TheLeasing Agent’s responsibilities may vary slightly based on location; however, strong communication skills and a personable demeanor are key factors to success. The ability to multi-task and be adaptive to changing responsibilities while maintaining a positive attitude are also crucial. This position is located in Schaumburg, IL.

Schedule

• Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
• Wednesday: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Must be able to work with all levels of employees

Compensation

• Hourly Rate Range for this position: $ 19.00 - $21.00
