Job summary

Draper and Kramer is seeking a personable Leasing Agent in Evanston, IL to engage prospects, tour properties and lease apartments. You will use strong communication to deliver excellent service and maintain a positive, professional image.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–2 years in sales and customer service, previous leasing experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Approachable and friendly demeanor; strong time management and organization.
• Ability to work with all levels of employees.

The ability to multi-task and be adaptive to changing responsibilities while maintaining a positive attitude are also crucial. This position is located in Evanston, IL.

Compensation

• Hourly Rate Range for this position: $19.00 - $23.00
• Leasing Commissions
• Up to 8% Annual Property Management Bonus
