Job summary

Yugo USA is seeking a Leasing Agent to manage apartment rentals at State College, PA. You will conduct tours, respond to inquiries, prepare lease documents, and coordinate move-ins.

The role requires strong customer service and the ability to build positive resident relationships while ensuring compliance with policies and housing standards. Ideal candidates have experience in property management, excellent communication, and are capable of marketing the community to increase occupancy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in residential property or university housing is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Customer service skills to handle diverse resident situations.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, conduct tours, and highlight property features to meet leasing goals.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in person in a timely, professional manner.
• Process rental applications, collect deposits, and prepare lease agreements per policy.
• Coordinate move-in/out and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Maintain leasing records, guest cards, and commission tracking documents.
• Support lease renewals and attempts to retain residents.
• Assist with marketing events and outreach to generate leads.
• Monitor local market conditions to advise pricing and occupancy strategies.
• Participate in weekly leasing meetings and report on activity and insights.
