Westminster is seeking a Leasing Specialist to be the face of our community, delivering outstanding customer service and guiding prospects through the leasing process. You’ll conduct tours, answer questions, and showcase our homes and amenities with a friendly, sales-driven approach.

You’ll also market properties, use social media and local events to attract residents, and collaborate with the Property Management team to hit leasing goals. An on-site role with strong communication is key.
