Job summary

GPI Investment is seeking a Leasing Agent to deliver a high-touch leasing experience for prospective and current residents at our luxury property in Houston. You will greet, tour, and convert leads into leases while maintaining a pristine leasing office and model units.

You should have strong sales, exceptional communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with leasing software, CRM, and Microsoft Office is preferred, and weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of leasing, sales, hospitality, or luxury customer service experience preferred.
• Strong sales skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with leasing software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations required.
• Availability to work weekends and flexible schedules as needed.

Responsibilities

• Collect and encourage positive online reviews and referrals.
