GPI Investment in Houston is seeking a Leasing Agent to deliver a high-touch leasing experience for prospective and current residents, driving occupancy and turnover. You will be the first point of contact, showcasing luxury amenities and floor plans.

You will tour prospects, convert leads to leases, process applications, and coordinate with property management and maintenance to ensure ready units. A strong sales mindset and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of leasing, sales, hospitality, or luxury customer service experience preferred.
• Strong sales skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with leasing software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations required.
• Availability to work weekends and flexible schedules as needed.

Responsibilities
