Job summary

Rockworth Companies is seeking a motivated, customer-focused leasing professional to join our team and create a welcoming, efficient experience for current and prospective residents. You will support leasing activities, build strong relationships with applicants and residents, and contribute to the community’s success.

You will greet prospects, coordinate tours, process applications, and prepare lease paperwork while maintaining up-to-date availability and promotions.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in leasing, sales, customer service, hospitality, or property management preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and provide helpful solutions.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with property management software and MS Office.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional demeanor with a commitment to excellent service.

  • Respond to inquiries by phone, email, and in person professionally and promptly.
  • Guide applicants through the leasing process, including application and move-in coordination.
  • Prepare and review lease documents and related paperwork.
  • Maintain knowledge of current availability, pricing, promotions, and features.
  • Follow up with prospects to drive conversions and maintain a leasing pipeline.
  • Support renewals and resident communications for retention.
  • Keep leasing files organized and up to date.
  • Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams for smooth operations.
  • Represent the community in a friendly, service-oriented manner.

Responsibilities

  • Guide applicants through the leasing process, including application completion and move-in coordination
  • Prepare and review lease documents, addenda, and related paperwork for accuracy
  • Maintain knowledge of current availability, pricing, promotions, and community features
  • Follow up with prospects to encourage conversions and maintain a strong leasing pipeline
  • Support resident retention efforts by assisting with renewals and resident communications
  • Maintain organized records and ensure leasing files are complete and up to date
  • Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to help ensure smooth operations
  • Represent the community in a professional, friendly, and service-oriented manner
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, hospitality, or a related field is a plus
  • Previous experience in leasing, sales, customer service, hospitality, or property management preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport, identify needs, and provide helpful solutions
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using property management software, Microsoft Office, or similar systems
