Job summary

GPI Management is seeking a Leasing Agent to provide a high-touch leasing experience for prospective and current residents in Houston. You will greet prospects, tour models, and highlight luxury amenities while driving occupancy and brand reputation.

You will handle leasing processes, follow up with leads, and maintain knowledge of pricing, market trends, and Fair Housing compliance. Weekend availability and professional presentation are required in a fast-paced, luxury environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of leasing, sales, hospitality, or luxury customer service experience preferred.
• Strong sales skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with leasing software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations required.
• Availability to work weekends and flexible schedules as needed.

Responsibilities
