Heirloom Property Management in Duluth, MN is seeking a Leasing Agent to showcase rental homes across the Duluth/Superior area. The role focuses on customer service, driving tours, and guiding applicants through the leasing process.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, solid computer proficiency, and a willingness to learn Appfolio. A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are required to access local properties.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient computer skills: MS Office, Google suite, and web-based tools.
• Experience with Appfolio is preferable.
• Monday–Friday availability with occasional evenings/weekend flexibility.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Show properties available for rent to prospective tenants.
• Maintain a calendar of showings and relay property information to applicants.
• Guide applicants through the leasing process.
• Create marketing materials for vacant units.
• Draft and review lease documents.
• Conduct move-ins for new tenants.
