The candidate will handle eligibility, move-ins, and ongoing leasing activities with a focus on compliance, accuracy, and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years leasing experience, including affordable housing programs.
• 1–2 years experience in marketing.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Yardi software knowledge a must.
• Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently and in a group.
• Adherence to Fair Housing laws and related regulations.

Responsabilités

• Greet residents, determine eligibility, conduct tours, secure applications.
• Maintain a professional leasing office atmosphere.
• Qualify applications per rental criteria and program requirements.
• Meet monthly leasing goals.
• Perform move-in inspections and coordinate with maintenance.
• Assist with special projects and reporting.
• Handle lease paperwork, rents, deposits, and file organization.
