The position requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, prior affordable housing leasing or property management experience, and proficiency with MS Office and Yardi.

Qualifications

• Experience in affordable housing leasing or property management preferred.
• Experience with LIHTC or income-restricted housing preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Bilingual in English/Spanish required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and secure applications.
• Tour the community and explain features and benefits.
• Prepare and qualify applications based on criteria.
• Meet monthly leasing goals.
• Process move-in inspections and paperwork.
• Handle inquiries and assist with reporting.
