Job summary

The Liberty Group is seeking a Bilingual Apartment Leasing Consultant to join our team. This role requires fluency in Spanish and English and experience leasing multifamily properties, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service to diverse residents and prospects.

You will conduct bilingual tours, explain pricing and amenities, process applications, and help maintain leasing records. Weekend availability may be required to support peak leasing hours.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both Spanish and English (required)
• Minimum of 6 months of apartment/multifamily leasing experience
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and leasing best practices
• Valid government-issued ID
• Comfortable using phones, email, and providing exceptional customer service
• Available to work weekends and peak touring hours, if required

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospective residents and conduct apartment tours in both English and Spanish
• Build rapport with prospects and convert tours into signed leases
• Explain community amenities, pricing, and the resident experience
• Assist with applications, screening, and lease execution
• Manage leads, follow up with prospects, and maintain accurate leasing records
• Support lease renewals by communicating with current residents
• Assist with resident events and marketing initiatives as needed

Job Description Bilingual Apartment Leasing Consultant (Spanish & English Required)

The Liberty Group is immediately hiring experienced Bilingual Apartment Leasing Consultants!

MUST BE FLUENT IN BOTH SPANISH AND ENGLISH. We are seeking candidates who can confidently communicate with both English- and Spanish-speaking residents and prospects.

Pay: $19.50–$22.00 per hour, based on experience.

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience with property management software such as Yardi, RealPage/OneSite, MRI, AppFolio, or similar
• Experience with luxury, lease-up, rehab, or LIHTC (tax credit) communities
