Job summary

The Liberty Group is immediately hiring an Apartment Community Leasing Agent in Portland to turn strong tours into signed leases. You will greet prospects, present the community living experience, and assist with applications and screenings.

Responsibilities include tracking leads, managing the leasing pipeline, supporting renewals, and aiding marketing events as needed. Weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

• 6+ months apartment / multi-family leasing experience
• Familiar with Fair Housing and leasing best practices
• Valid government-issued ID
• Comfortable with phones, email, and customer-facing sales conversations
• Available to work weekends / peak touring hours

Apartment Community Leasing Agent

The Liberty Group is immediately hiring experienced Apartment Leasing Consultants to turn strong tours into signed leases.

Pay ranges from $21 to $24 per hour, depending on experience.

• 6+ months apartment / multi-family leasing experience
• Familiar with Fair Housing and leasing best practices
• Valid government-issued ID
• Comfortable with phones, email, and customer-facing sales conversations
• (If required) Available to work weekends / peak touring hours

What you’ll do

Preferred (not required)

• Property management software experience (Yardi, RealPage/OneSite, MRI, AppFolio, etc.)
• Luxury, lease-up, rehab, or tax credit (LIHTC) experience
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a strong plus
