Job summary

The Liberty Group is seeking an Apartment Leasing Agent in Tennessee to engage with prospective residents, showcase the community experience, and secure leases. This role welcomes both Bi-Lingual and Non-Bilingual candidates with an emphasis on exceptional customer service.

Requirements include a minimum 6 months leasing experience, familiarity with Fair Housing, and a valid ID. This position can be full-time or part-time, with opportunities in luxury properties and tax-credit communities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in apartment leasing.
• Familiar with apartment / multi-family leasing and Fair Housing.
• Valid I.D. required.
• Bilingual candidates are in high demand.
• Luxury property, lease-up, rehab, and tax credit experience are a plus.
