Job summary

The Liberty Group is actively seeking experienced Apartment Leasing Consultants to turn strong tours into signed leases. Pay ranges from $19 to $21 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities include greeting and touring prospects, communicating the community value, and guiding applicants through the leasing process. You will track leads, manage the pipeline, and assist with renewals and resident events as needed.

Qualifications

• 6+ months apartment or multi-family leasing experience.
• Familiar with Fair Housing and leasing best practices.
• Valid government-issued ID.
• Comfortable with phones, email, and customer-facing conversations.
• Weekend availability if required.

Pay ranges from $19 to $21 per hour, depending on experience.

• (If required) Available to work weekends / peak touring hours

What you’ll do

Preferred (not required)

• Property management software experience (Yardi, RealPage/OneSite, MRI, AppFolio, etc.)
• Luxury, lease-up, rehab, or tax credit (LIHTC) experience
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a strong plus
