Responsibilities:

1. Verify all rental applications and personal references are true and accurate
2. Complete property inspections and any required maintenance in accordance with our standards
3. Research local rental rates and calculate costs to determine fair and competitive pricing
4. Showcase properties and their amenities to potential tenants in order to help secure rental contracts
5. Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and close the deal
6. Process contracts with tenants and collect security deposits to ensure the closing of the deal
7. Become acquainted with client expectations of housing and finances and highlight properties that meet those expectations
8. Advertise available properties using a variety of social media and promotional materials to help secure quick rentals of all properties
9. Show prospective tenants' properties and highlight the provided amenities to help ensure the rental contract

Qualifications:

1. A proven record of sales experience and success
2. Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
3. Good knowledge of leasing rules and regulations
4. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
5. Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office and Excel

Compensation:

$35,000 - $65,000 per year
