How you’ll make an impact:
- Greet prospects, present your community, capture leases, and convert prospects to residents.
- Contribute ideas to the management team on marketing the property and improving resident satisfaction.
- Ensure that each resident experience aligns with S2 Residential’s mission and core values.
What you’ll do:
- Lease, lease, lease!
- Exceed resident experience expectations and engage actively with residents.
- Greet, tour, show, and close on all qualified prospects.
- Process income, rental, and employment verification to meet qualification standards.
- Perform outreach, online marketing, and participate in resident events.
- Manage fair housing, regulatory, and compliance services.
- Walk the property and maintain cleanliness of the office and model apartments as needed.
Who you are:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Leasing Agent in a multifamily setting or 2 years of customer service experience.
- Must be consistently detail-oriented.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to listen and understand goals.
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
- Valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance are required.
- Reliable transportation is essential.

Our Hours:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; closed on Sunday. The position requires weekend work. Hours may vary based on seasonal needs and resident activities.
Physical Demands:
- Climb up to four flights of stairs to access apartments.
- Walk several acres to tour the community.
- Lift up to 25 lbs.
- Sit or stand for extended periods.
