Reap Management is currently seeking a Leasing Agent to join our team, contributing to the delivery of exceptional customer service to both existing and prospective residents. In this role, you will play a vital part in helping individuals find their ideal apartment. Property is located in Plano, Texas.
Impact:
• Welcome prospects, showcase the community, secure leases, and convert prospects into residents.
• Provide input to the Management team on property marketing and enhancing resident satisfaction.
• Ensure that each resident's experience aligns with Reap Management’s mission and core values.
Responsibilities:
•Focus on leasing activities, exceeding resident expectations, and engaging with them.
• Greet, tour, show, and close on all qualified prospective residents.
• Process income, rental, and employment information to verify qualification standards.
• Conduct outreach and online marketing, participate in Resident Events.
• Manage fair housing, regulatory, and compliance-related services.
• Perform property walks and assist with office and model apartment upkeep.
• Ensures leasing office and show units are in clean and working order.
• Post on various social media planforms.
Qualifications:
• 1 year of Leasing Agent experience in a multifamily setting or Customer Service is a plus.
• Consistent attention to detail, strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to listen, understand goals, and think creatively
• Knowledge of AppFolio is a plus
• Valid driver's license and auto liability insurance required
• Professional-level proficiency in reading and writing in Spanish is required for this role. The candidate must be able to effectively communicate, interpret, and compose documents in Spanish as part of their daily responsibilities.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Saturday: 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Closed on Sunday. Ability to work weekends is a must. Hours of operation are subject to change on time of year and based on the property’s needs and resident activities.
