What do we need you to do? Become the friendly, public face of our property and a key representative of the management office for all current and prospective residents.

Where is the job? Plano, TX

The Job : We are looking to fill an immediate need for an efficient Leasing Agent to present and lease properties to prospective tenants. The goal is to assist potential tenants, convert them into residents, and achieve high occupancy rates. Specific responsibilities include:

1. Establish rapport with residents and provide personalized customer service
2. Meet with prospective residents and conduct tours of the units
3. Follow up daily with prospective tenants
4. Prepare and execute leasing forms and collect payments

The Details : Our Leasing Agents should meet the following criteria:

• Minimum of one year of experience as a leasing agent
• Working knowledge of property management software, Onesite
