Responsibilities
- Interview prospective residents, record information, and input data into the computer.
- Generate leasing deals by identifying prospects and cultivating growth.
- Tour prospective residents through models and apartments, highlighting features and amenities.
- Qualify applicants, verify applications, credit info, and other qualifications.
- Prepare lease and move-in documentation.
- Collect rental payments and application fees.
- Maintain positive resident relations and provide excellent service.
- Inspect vacancies daily for make-ready status.
- Assist in planning and hosting resident events.
- Stay informed about market trends through property visits and inspections.
