Responsibilities

• Interview prospective residents, record information, and input data into the computer.
• Generate leasing deals by identifying prospects and cultivating growth.
• Tour prospective residents through models and apartments, highlighting features and amenities.
• Qualify applicants, verify applications, credit info, and other qualifications.
• Prepare lease and move-in documentation.
• Collect rental payments and application fees.
• Maintain positive resident relations and provide excellent service.
• Inspect vacancies daily for make-ready status.
• Assist in planning and hosting resident events.
• Stay informed about market trends through property visits and inspections.
