How you’ll make an impact :
- Greet prospects, present your community, capture leases, and convert prospects to residents.
- Contribute ideas to the Management team on marketing the property and improving resident satisfaction.
- Ensure that each resident experience aligns with S2 Residential’s mission and core values.
What you’ll do:
- Lease effectively to meet and exceed targets.
- Engage with residents to enhance their experience.
- Greet, tour, show, and close on all qualified prospects.
- Process income, rental, and employment verifications to meet qualification standards.
- Perform outreach and online marketing; participate in Resident Events.
- Manage fair housing, regulatory, and compliance services.
- Walk the property and maintain cleanliness of the office and model apartments as needed.
Who you are :
- At least 1 year of experience as a Leasing Agent in multifamily housing or 2 years in customer service.
- Must be consistently detail-oriented.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to listen and understand goals.
- Creative and innovative thinking skills.
- Knowledge of ResMan is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance are required.
- Reliable transportation.

Our Hours:
9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday; 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Saturday; closed on Sunday. The position requires weekend work. Hours are subject to change based on seasonal needs and resident activities.
Physical Demands:
- Climb up to four flights of stairs to access apartments.
- Walk several acres during community tours.
- Lift up to 25 lbs.
- Sit or stand for long periods.
