Job summary

Game Kings is seeking a motivated Leasing Agent to join our property management team in the Olathe area. The role focuses on delivering excellent service to prospective and current residents, coordinating tours, processing applications, and maintaining a welcoming leasing office environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of on-site leasing experience, proficiency with Yardi and RentCafe, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Leasing Agent to join our property management team. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working in a fast-paced residential property management environment.

Please note: Applicants must have previous on-site leasing experience to be considered for this position.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of on-site leasing experience
• Experience with Yardi and RentCafe
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional, dependable, and organized
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screening

Schedule

• Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
• Rotating Wednesdays off
• Every other Saturday: 10:00 AM–4:00 PM

Location

The main office is located in Olathe, Kansas, with properties located throughout Johnson County and southern Wyandotte County.
