Job summary

ZRS Management LLC is seeking a proactive Leasing Agent to attract, screen, and lease units to qualified tenants. You will promote properties, conduct tours, and maintain strong resident relations.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the Property Manager, staying current on market trends, and ensuring a smooth move-in for new residents while maintaining high occupancy and outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience strongly preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Attract and screen potential tenants, provide information about available properties, negotiate lease terms, and ensure a smooth leasing process.
• Lease properties to prospective tenants, maintain high occupancy rates, and nurture positive relationships with current residents.
• Market and promote available properties, conduct property tours, screen applicants, negotiate lease agreements, and deliver excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with the property manager and team members to achieve leasing goals and uphold property standards.
• Stay informed about local rental market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations.
• Participate in property marketing events, outreach programs, and promotional activities to maximize visibility.
• Manage all aspects of the leasing process—including leasing apartments to qualified prospects, preparing lease paperwork, and assisting future residents with a smooth move‑in.
• Respond to in‑person, phone, and email inquiries; provide leasing information; make appointments.
• Assist with completing weekly, monthly, and special reports.
• Determine resident needs and respond promptly to resident concerns.
• Explain lease and community policies to new and current residents.
• Plan, organize, and conduct resident functions as directed by the Property Manager.
• Uphold ethical standards, fair housing regulations, and company policies in all leasing activities.
• Work at least one to two weekends per month.
