You will be a friendly and energetic liaison for prospective and current residents, delivering exceptional service and helping the community reach leasing and retention goals.

The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and comfortable communicating with a variety of people, including residents and site staff.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required.
• Reliable transportation and a 40-hour work week commitment is required.
• Previous leasing or sales experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist prospective residents through the leasing process and respond to inquiries.
• Schedule and conduct property tours, coordinate applications, and follow up with applicants.
• Support resident relations to help achieve leasing and retention goals.
• Collaborate with on-site team to ensure a positive community experience.
