Description

Who we're looking for:

We're seeking highly motivated and engaged individuals to join The Douglaston Companies as Leasing Agents. If you thrive in a collaborative and supportive environment and enjoy a challenge, we encourage you to apply!

This role involves leasing for our newest building in Downtown Brooklyn.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Show luxury rental apartments
• Manage the lead-to-lease process, from initial inquiry to application completion, including preparing and executing new leases
• Collaborate with senior management to ensure process adherence
• Respond to email inquiries promptly
• Organize and document high-volume leasing traffic
• Schedule apartment showings
• Maintain daily and weekly reports
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• NYS Real Estate Salespersons license required
• Ability to work weekends
• Superior organizational skills
• Experience with real estate software (Yardi, On-Site, Nestio) is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Web/internet savvy
