Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Approachable and friendly demeanor
• Strong time management, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Must be able to work with all levels of employees

TheLeasing Agent’s responsibilities may vary slightly based on location; however, strong communication skills and a personable demeanor are key factors to success. The ability to multi-task and be adaptive to changing responsibilities while maintaining a positive attitude are also crucial. This position is located in Evanston, IL.

Schedule

• Tuesday - Friday: 9:30 am - 6:00 pm
• Saturday: 10:00 am - 5:00 pm

Compensation

• Hourly Rate Range for this position: $19.00 - $23.00
• Leasing Commissions
• Up to 8% Annual Property Management Bonus
