Draper and Kramer is seeking a Leasing Agent in Aurora, CO to tour prospects, lease apartments and maintain resident databases. The role emphasizes strong communication and a personable demeanor in a multi-family property environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of sales and customer service experience; leasing experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Approachable and friendly demeanor.
• Strong time management, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with all levels of employees.

Responsibilities

• 1-2 years of experience in sales and customer service, previous leasing experience required

Compensation

• Hourly Rate Range for this position: $19.00 - $23.00
• Leasing Commissions
• Up to 8% Annual Property Management Bonus
