Position Overview: The Leasing Consultant supports the Community Manager in managing the community's operations, with a focus on marketing and leasing to maintain optimal occupancy levels. Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills; marketing, leasing, and sales experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for dealing with residents, vendors, and team members.
• Handle incoming calls professionally for prospects, residents, and service requests.
• Greet prospects, assess needs, and showcase community features.
• Maintain knowledge of apartment availability and readiness.
• Show apartments and provide rental information.
• Process applications efficiently.
• Assist in preparing reports, resident communications, and market surveys.
• Market the community daily using all available advertising channels.
• Knowledge of Yardi 7S is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation are required.
