CLIENT JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Financial Lease Compliance and Audit team ensures that financial lease terms negotiated and executed by the client and its subsidiaries are billed and paid correctly. The team acts as the primary financial contact for Client landlords and other lessor entities, ensuring landlord master data and payment schedules align with the lease. Additionally, the team audits and pays all real estate rent and occupancy costs for Client and corporate properties, applying complex lease language to invoices and billings.
The Project Assistant is a professional responsible for overseeing financial leases, ensuring timely and accurate lease payments. The role involves frequent interaction with Client landlords to verify the completeness and accuracy of landlord master data with minimal supervision.
