Responsibilities

Lease vacant units to qualified prospective residents while meeting or exceeding leasing and occupancy goals.

Conduct professional property tours, effectively highlighting features, amenities, and community benefits.

Respond promptly to inquiries, address resident concerns, and provide outstanding customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Maintain accurate and organized records of all leasing activities, including applications, lease agreements, renewals, and rent payments.

Collaborate closely with the property management team to ensure a seamless leasing process and assist in resolving issues as they arise.

Monitor market trends, competitive properties, and industry developments to ensure strong market positioning and pricing strategies.

Requirements

Experience: 1–2 years of leasing or sales experience, preferably within the Real Estate/Property Management industry.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitask effectively, and meet assigned deadlines.

Strong organizational and time management abilities, with exceptional attention to detail.

Proficiency with property management software and related technologies; willingness to learn new systems as needed.

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends based on business needs may be needed.
