Westdale is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for our 468-unit apartment community in Aurora, CO. The role combines leasing duties with accounting tasks, ideal for someone who enjoys numbers and customer service.

The position is hourly, non-exempt, with Monday–Friday plus one Saturday per month; benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) match, plus annual bonuses tied to lease performance.

Qualifications

• At least one year of Assistant Manager experience on an apartment community.
• Yardi/CRM experience is required.
• Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Must be able to work on Saturday with an alternative day off during the week, once per month.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus!

Rate: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)
***Monthly new lease andrenewal AND quarterly performance bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.***

Work Days: Monday – Friday, one Saturday per month
Work Hours: M-F 9:00 am – 6:00 pm; Saturday hours vary
Required License or Certification:Valid CO Driver’s License
