Job summary

Trail Heights I in Anchorage, Alaska is seeking a Leasing Agent to assist with advertising, outreach, meet applicants, show apartments, and process rental and renewal paperwork while maintaining positive relationships with residents.

This full-time role, Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm, offers benefits including health insurance, a national pension plan, PTO, and opportunities for career growth. Prior leasing experience and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and one year of leasing experience.
• Familiarity with general office procedures.
• Must possess a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Process rental applications, certifications, rent calculations and leasing documents.
• Provide general office support for Administrative Services Staff.
• Answer phones and schedule appointments.
• Promote unoccupied units through media and advertising techniques.
• Show apartments to prospective clients.
• Validate application information and references.
• Represent the company in a positive, professional manner.
• Maintain and update the waitlist.
