Job summary

MetCap Management, LLC in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Lease Administrator to support our growing retail portfolio across the Carolinas. You will prepare lease abstracts and amendments, draft tenant notices and correspondence, and manage CAM/TICAM reconciliations while maintaining records in Yardi Voyager.

This role requires attention to detail, the ability to handle a high volume of active leases, and strong written communication with tenants.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of lease administration experience in retail/commercial real estate.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work across multiple lease documents simultaneously.
• Clear, professional written communication for tenant-facing correspondence.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager is required.
• Able to manage a high volume of active leases across a growing portfolio.
