A Lease-Up Specialist has a passion for sales and thrives on crafting an exceptional customer experience for new developments from pre-delivery to stabilization. You love interacting with all types of people and have a passion for creating unique experiences. This is accomplished by effectively directing and coordinating the community's overall sales process from the first point of contact to move-in.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Routine local travel may be required to assist properties as needed, attend training classes, business meetings, or other situations necessary for the accomplishment of some or all of the daily responsibilities of this position.
