Cardinal Group is seeking a Resident Coordinator to drive occupancy through exceptional leasing and service. You will greet prospects, present the community, close sales, and ensure high resident satisfaction.

The role requires 1–2 years of experience in sales and customer service, high energy, and a friendly, professional demeanor. Evening/weekend availability is expected, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience.
• High-energy and enjoys a fast pace environment.
• Enjoys and takes pride in providing excellent service.
• Great with people — warm, friendly and helpful in person and on the phone.
• Basic computer skills: typing and writing ability for correspondence, memos, etc.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for customer service by consistently going above and beyond to ensure that Cardinal customers are satisfied.
• Utilize the Cardinal Way of Leasing by warmly greeting prospective clients, answering calls, determining needs, presenting the community and closing the sale.
• Earn and maintain a Cardinal Way of Leasing certification and pass in-house and third-party shops.
• Complete all lease applications and lease file paperwork.
• Maintain accurate lease file documentation and participate in lease file audits.
• Maintain cleanliness of the tour path for a positive first impression.
• Demonstrate a positive, professional attitude with team members, residents, and vendors.
• Participate in and assist with the Monthly Marketing Plan (MMP).
• Assist with additional community projects and Cardinal U training.
