Job summary

Dominium in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Lease-Up Leasing Consultant to engage with prospective residents and present our properties in a positive light. You will respond to calls, inquiries, and walk-ins while guiding applicants through leasing and application steps.

Role requires a friendly, service-driven approach, with occasional evenings and weekends. After substantial leasing, you may move to other projects within the greater Phoenix area, contributing to our mission of affordable housing.

Qualifications

• Previous leasing, sales, and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Section 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate experience preferred.
• Yardi software experience preferred.
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Showcase the property to prospects and convert them to qualified residents
• Answer phones promptly and respond to all prospect inquiries
• Maintain and follow up on leasing and application paperwork
• Record traffic in Yardi
• Perform marketing and outreach for the property
