Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Seattle to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and renewals. You will interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and ensure satisfaction.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, effective communication, and the ability to manage leasing documents, tours and resident relations. On-site work with opportunities for growth and development are offered.

Competenze

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience is preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.

Mansioni

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals.
• Interacts directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Generate and handle traffic, qualify prospective residents, lease apartments and complete move-in paperwork.
