Job summary

Village Green in Shiloh, IL seeks a Leasing Consultant to drive apartment rentals and keep occupancy high. Pay is $18 per hour plus commissions in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.

You will conduct property tours, process applications and leases, and maintain positive relations with residents. You’ll collaborate with the management team to hit leasing goals and market units online and in the community.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Lease-up experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Previous leasing or real estate experience is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in property management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist prospective residents with leasing inquiries and property tours.
• Process rental applications and lease agreements.
• Maintain positive relationships with residents and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the property management team to meet leasing goals.
• Market available units through online listings, social media, and community outreach.
• Represents Village Green at various outside networking & social functions.
• Problem-solving skills.
