Village Green's Luxury Leasing Consultant position at The Mercer in Pittsburgh is a full-time, hourly role with growth opportunities and commissions. You’ll guide prospective residents through tours, process applications, and close leases in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of sales experience in multi-family or hospitality, strong communication, and the ability to work weekends.

The Leasing Agent facilitates the rental of apartment units to ensure maximum occupancy at all times. Coordinates move-ins and move-outs, lease negotiations and renewals, and apartment showings.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist prospective residents with leasing inquiries and property tours

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong sales and customer service skills
• Lease-up experience
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Previous leasing or real estate experience is preferred but not required
• Proficiency in property management software is a plus
