Job summary

RPM Management LLC seeks a Lease-Up Coordinator to be the first point of contact for residents and applicants. You will manage inquiries, assist with Rent Café tasks, and coordinate maintenance work orders and annual renewals to support the property's lease-up phase.

This temporary role runs about nine months and emphasizes professional presentation, exceptional customer service, and collaboration with RPM teams to ensure smooth operations and long-term tenancy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required or college degree preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Detail oriented and well organized.
• Technology literacy with Yardi experience preferred.
• Bi-lingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors and handle inquiries via calls and emails.
• Assist residents and applicants with Rent Café tasks and leasing apps.
• Coordinate and follow up on work orders after completion.
• Build inquiry lists for lease-ups prior to lease commencement.
• Assist Property Managers with general community management tasks.
• Maintain file rooms and comply with privacy/security programs.
• Uphold exceptional customer service and professional appearance.
• Collaborate with RPM Development Group and other departments.
• Go beyond duties to support company goals.
