Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Lease-Up Property Manager in Kalispell, MT to oversee daily property operations, lease administration, rent collection, and client services. You will drive resident satisfaction and retention while managing P&L and marketing in line with company standards.

You'll lead hiring, coaching, and development, organize safety programs, and coordinate with the corporate office to enforce property guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years in property management experience required.
• 1–2 years of direct management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities preferred.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com preferred; Yardi Voyager or similar system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations including resident satisfaction, rent collection and delinquency management, and property P&L.
• Lead and coordinate lease administration and property marketing per company standards.
• Recruit, interview, provide corrective feedback, and hire staff as needed.
• Provide coaching and development to associates and communicate a shared vision.
• Execute the strategic marketing plan to attract and retain residents and respond to tenant inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with property guidelines and maintain safety and maintenance records.
