Avenue5 Residential in Kalispell, MT is seeking a Lease-Up Property Manager to oversee daily property operations, lease administration, and client satisfaction. You will lead a team, manage vendor contracts, and ensure reporting accuracy while upholding company standards.

The role emphasizes delivering a high-quality resident experience, executing the marketing plan to attract tenants, and maintaining safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of property management experience required.
• 1–2 years of direct management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities required.
• Salesforce.com knowledge preferred; Yardi Voyager experience preferred.
• Real estate license preferred in some locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day property operations including resident satisfaction and retention.
• Handle lease administration, rent collection, and delinquency management.
• Oversee property P&L and marketing in line with standards.
• Recruit, interview, and hire staff; provide coaching and development.
• Execute the marketing plan to attract residents; respond to complaints.
• Maintain safety records and risk management initiatives.
