Job summary

Bradley Company seeks an on-site Lease-Up Property Manager to oversee daily operations of a multifamily community from lease-up through stabilization. You will lead leasing, manage vendor coordination, and ensure high resident service while achieving occupancy targets.

Responsibilities include tours, applications, lease processing, move-ins, budgeting, and maintaining quality standards. Strong communication and organization are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of progressive multifamily property management experience, lease-up experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success with market-rate and conventional properties; mixed-use or affordable experience a plus.
• Multifamily designations such as NALP, HCCP, ARM, or CAM are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead all leasing activities to achieve occupancy and stabilization goals during the lease-up phase and through ongoing stabilization.
• Conduct property tours, process applications, prepare lease agreements, and coordinate move-ins and renewals.
• Develop and execute local leasing strategies to meet absorption and stabilization targets.
• Partner with marketing to execute advertising, outreach, and social media strategies that drive qualified traffic.
